Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. Please record from the moment you start opening the package. Without a valid unboxing video, return will not be processed.
Eligible Reasons for Return
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product does not match the description
Non-Eligible Reasons
- Request made after 7 days of delivery
- No unboxing video provided
- Product has been used or tampered with
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse
Refund Process
Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
